I’d like to help out on the day. How can I get involved?

Check out out Get Involved page for more information. We are looking for people who can help out:

Volunteers to do a shift in our many stalls
Donate items for prizes and stalls to help keep our costs down

Will there be people taking photos at the Fete?

Yes, we will have a professional photographer taking photos on the day. If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken, please politely inform the photographer on the day. The photos will be posted to this website after the fete and you can email hpssfete@gmail.com to have them taken down if you wish.

How do I buy tickets for rides?

You can buy tickets on the day or pre-purchase tickets here

Is there event parking?

No, its all street parking. We encourage people to walk to the event.

How do I pick up pre-purchased ride tickets?

All pre-purchased ride tickets purchased through Flexischools can be picked up one week before the big day at Fete Hub.

Are there gluten-free or vegetarian options available on the day?

Yes, across all the stalls the following options are gluten-free and are available:

Some of the sushi
Hot chips (will be cooked in separate fryers)
Chicken skewers
Bun-less burgers
Sausage without bread
Haloumi
Greek salad
Corn on the cob
Sweet potato soup
Home made hummus & corn chips (snack)
Popcorn
Fairy floss
Snow cones

These foods have no gluten products in their construction. Every care and effort has been made to guard against cross-contamination - however we are volunteers. Please eat at your own risk.

Can I take my dog to the Fete

Unfortunately, we can't allow pets to join us on this occasion. We want to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable during their time with us. So please, leave your furry friends at home where they can relax and wait for your return. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring alcohol to the event

We are not permitted to allow patrons to bring their own alcohol to the event. Please do not bring your own alcohol.

Do I have to be there on the day to claim my raffle prize?

The raffle will be drawn on the 3rd of June at 59 Abbotsleigh Street at 3:30pm. All winners who are not present at time of draw will be contacted by phone using the details provided at point of sale.

I don’t have a child at the school – can I still come to the fete?

Yes, everyone is welcome to come and enjoy themselves.

Are the parent room facilities available?

We have a dedicated parent room facility in S-Block. There are not nappy changing facilities and parents are asked to take their waste with them.

How should I come to the fete if I have mobility challenges?

Come in via the Victor Street ramp entrance as some the other entrances may present some challenges to less mobile visitors.
