  • Pre-loved books – all genres and ages (no magazines, damaged or written-in books).
  • Pre-loved clothes – clean, good quality, and saleable clothes and accessories (no housewares or toys).
  • Clothing/ironing racks (on loan) and hangers (including children's hangers).

  • Chocolate bars (large enough for a $1 coin to land on, expiry after 31 December 2025).
  • Wine, spirits and fancy cordials or mixers for Wine Tombola prizes.

While you’re out shopping, keep an eye out for specials on:

  • White sugar (1-2 kg) for fairy floss (NOT caster sugar).
  • Baking supplies: sprinkles, self-raising flour, plain flour, caster sugar, small chocolates for cake toppers, icing sugar, desiccated coconut, condensed milk, food colouring, cocoa, chocolate, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, vanilla extract, food colouring, lollies (e.g. freckles, jubes, colourful lollies and popcorns), cupcake cases.
  • Sweets supplies: condensed milk, desiccated coconut, white sugar, brown sugar, dark chocolate blocks, milk chocolate blocks, white chocolate blocks, marshmallows, cocoa.

 And of course, prizes for our side show alley games – think pens, pencil cases, toys, puzzles, books etc that can be given out to top scorers.

 We welcome any contribution of cash or Woolworths/Coles vouchers that we can use to buy much-needed supplies.

  • Food: white rice, tapioca pearls, beans, cornflour
  • Household items: cotton balls, Epsom salt, balloons (blue, white), baby oil, glycerin, conditioner (unscented or pine/winter fresh) 
  • Fabric: rags, scarves or scrap fabric in icy whites, blues and purples
  • Craft: bubble wrap, glitter (silver, white, pastel, icy blues), paints, pencils and crayons
  • Toys: kinetic sand (white), small winter themed toys (mini snowflakes, snow animals)
  • Nature: pinecones

Use the break to get a start on craft creations or rally those that you know are into it! 


Homemade clothes, bags, jewellery, and homewares are welcome and appreciated.

Opportunities to donate closer to the Fete

  • Making and baking homemade cakes and sweets (details and ideas will be provided shortly).
  • Homemade jams, chutney, pickles, marmalade, cordial, or sauces etc.
  • Cold items for cakes and sweets including butter, milk, buttermilk.

How to donate

 Donations can be dropped from Week 1 of Term 2 to:

  • A Block, every morning 8.15-8.45am and afternoon 2.45-3.15pm.
  • Helping Hands during operating hours
  • Uniform Shop, Mondays and Wednesdays 8.30-10.30am.
